Bird Watching
Many species of birds only live above 7500'. There aren't many places that have a highway to that elevation.
Wildlife Viewing
Moose, elk, deers, and black and grizzly bears are plentiful in the area, mountain goats and sheep are sometimes seen near the West Summit.

Yellowstone National Park
The park’s N-E entrance is only a 25-mile drive away. Be sure to stop by to get some great deals on books and souvenirs from the park and out-of-the-park prices!
Clay Butte Lookout Tower
One of the only remaining fire lookout towers left in the forest. See the spectacular view. The turnoff is only a few miles away. It is open to the public.
Downhill Seasonal Lift
Just a few miles away is an early spring ski lift. It operates for about 1 1/2 months after most other lifts in North America have been closed for a month or so!!!
Fishing
We are situated in the Highland Lake area of Beartooth Pass, which means we have a lot of amazing fishing spots.
Camping
If you want to get out of town and relax in the outdoors, we have amazing camping locations available. We offer both tent campgrounds and RV spots.
UTV/Snowmobile Rentals
